  Baking involves chemical reactions and other things that are studied in science, but I wouldn’t say that it is science because you do not create new knowledge when you bake. If you discovered how to make it would be more like doing science.

  yep you use maths to measure your ingredients and chemical reactions to bake the cake

there’s a lot of science in sugar and the gluten molecules ect
