I have not saved lives yet but I think in the future my work will definitely help to save lives. A lot of what scientists do is actually a team effort. My discoveries and those from other people will one day help to cure heart diseases.

I haven’t saved any personally, but all my work is about making sure that offshore structures (some of which have people living on them for periods) are safely installed and last as long as they’re intended to.
