About Me:
I enjoy coffee and spending time with my young family (3 year old daughter, 2 month old son and awesome very patient wife!) and a continuously shrinking amount of time in my man-shed… I’m a gadget enthusiast and enjoy tinkering with stuff to see how it works. I made my own PC and continue to test it to destruction!

What I'd do with the prize money:
I’d like to put the prize money towards building an augmented reality sandbox (cool video in the Read More section below!) and make it available to the local schools and scout/guides groups around my home town in Woking. Any remaining prize money will be put towards supporting the Discover Oceanography project run by Southampton University which gives school groups the opportunity to go out on a research vessel and participate in a series of experiments.

What did you want to be after you left school?
I had no idea!
Were you ever in trouble at school?
I was at a boarding school for a few years just before my GCSEs, got into trouble plenty of times, but knuckled down for most high school!
Who is your favourite singer or band?
Wow this could age me... probably Mumford and Sons at the moment.
What's your favourite food?
Spaghetti Bolognese... every time.
